Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Notify us within 7 days from the date of delivery. We will issue a replacement to you at no additional cost in your next order. 

Email us images of defects or damages before returning the item(s). You can send the return to our logistic center in Denver CO.
